This page lists the third-party service providers (subprocessors) that thrc-accreditation uses to process personal information on behalf of our users.
Data Residency
Production systems and backups are hosted in Canadian regions only. All subprocessors listed below process data within Canada only.
We maintain data processing agreements (DPAs) with all subprocessors to ensure they provide a comparable level of protection for your personal information as required by PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25.

Our Commitment
- We carefully vet all subprocessors to ensure they meet our security and privacy standards
- All subprocessors are contractually obligated to protect personal information
- We conduct regular reviews of subprocessor security practices
- We will update this list when we add or remove subprocessors
- All processing occurs within Canada to comply with our data residency commitments
Notification of Changes
We will update this page when we engage new subprocessors or terminate relationships with existing ones. For significant changes, we may provide advance notice via email to allow you to review the changes.
